Timings Of Delivery

Once I receive payment for your order, if your hat is in stock it will be with you within 5 working days. If it is on back-order, I will contact you to let you know an approximate delivery date.

Shipping Within UK

Oana Millinery delivers hats via the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the day after we post the hat and packages must be signed for. P&p for each hat ordered is starting with £35, as we need to be sure the parcel is signed for, tracked and insured. Unfortunately, we cannot leave packages in a safe place as they are too precious and must be signed for.

  • If orders are placed online before 1pm, the order will be processed and posted on the same day. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be processed and posted for a Monday delivery. Saturday delivery can be requested – please specify this in the special requests box before you checkout.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, and on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the Monday.
  • Parcels must be signed for so you will need to be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive the parcel, a Special Delivery Notification Card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect the parcel from your local collection depot.
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Delivery information for international orders

  • There are postage and packaging charges to all overseas orders. This will be automatically added to your bill. 
  • Cost varies from country to country and is subject to change at our discretion. All countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT.
  • For international shipping ALL duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once shipped your order should be with you between 2-10 working days. 
  • Parcels within Europe can be sent by Royal Mail Airsure/ International Signed For or by an international courier service. All parcels outside Europe will be sent by international couriers. 
  • You will be given a tracking number to track the progress of your parcel.

Shipping cost worldwide

International shipping costs vary depending on the country and also the size and weight of hat. It is usually around £80 within Europe and up to £110 worldwide but please contact me for an exact quote. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll be very happy with your hat.
We are happy to offer a full refund on any ready-to wear designs as long as the hat is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it and has not been worn, is not damaged or marked and has all its original labels attached and packaging in place.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on hats that have been made to order or customized and we cannot refund shipping costs. Return address is Oana Millinery, 233 High Street, Rickmansworth, WD31BQ, Herthfordshire, UK. 

Returns Due To Unavailable Signatory

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signature, the package is not collected from a Royal Mail sorting office or an alternative time is not arranged with Royal Mail for re-delivery, then an additional charge for postage will be levied (once the original package is returned to us) and re-dispatched.

Cancellation Of The Order

In case you are cancelling your order of a bespoke/ pre-ordered product no matter the reason (not wanted any more or event cancelled), you will be loosing your deposit.

I case Oana Millinery will not be able deliver the product in time or quality due to supply chain problems or major forces, your deposit will be fully refunded.
